Lewis Pullman to Star Opposite Julia Garner in Apple TV+ Series GUILTY CREATURES

Actor Lewis Pullman (Thunderbolts*, Remarkably Bright Creatures) has signed on to star opposite Julia Garner (Ozark, The Fantastic Four: First Steps) in the upcoming thriller drama from director Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya, Cruella) showrunner Stuart Zicherman and Tomorrow Studios.

The Apple TV+ series is being adapted for the screen by Sarah DeLappe (Bodies Bodies Bodies) from Mikita Brottman‘s true-crime book Guilty Creatures: Sex, God, and Murder in Tallahassee, Florida. The series is set against a backdrop of sex and and murder in the Florida panhandle.

It delves into the psyche of a torrid romance and subsequent act of murder between two young, adulterous but God-fearing lovers — believed to be played by Garner and Pullman — unraveling their complex lives and the emotional toll of living as killers for 18 years.

This is Pullman’s first TV role since his Emmy-nominated turn in Apple TV’s 2023 limited series Lessons In Chemistry. Since then, he has become an in-demand film actor.

In December, Pullman will be seen reprising his Thunderbolts* role as Robert Reynolds/Sentry in the Russo Brothers’ Avengers: Doomsday. He also will soon be seen in Graham Parkes’ Wishful Thinking alongside Maya Hawke, which world premiered at SXSW where it won the Narrative Feature Prize and was acquired by Sony Pictures Classics.

Coming up, Pullman also stars alongside his father, Bill Pullman, in Amazon/MGM Studios’ Spaceballs: The New One.
