Liam Neeson To Star in HONEST THIEF From The Co-Creator of Netflix's OZARK
The co-creator of Netflix’s Ozark, Mark Williams, is set to direct a new film in Boston next month called Honest Thief and Liam Neeson and Kate Walsh (Grey’s Anatomy) are set to star in it. This seems like another typical Liam Neeson movie. Don’t get me wrong! I love Liam Neeson, but he keeps making the same movie over and over again. He must have fun doing it!
The story follows career bank robber Tom Carter (Neeson) who “meets the love his life in Annie (Walsh), who works at the front desk of a storage facility where he hid $7 million in stolen loot. They fall head over heels, and he resolves to wipe the slate clean by turning himself in. When the case is turned over to a crooked FBI agent, everything becomes far more dangerous and difficult.”
According to Deadline, Jai Courtney (Suicide Squad) is in talks to play the crooked agent and Jeffrey Donovan (Burn Notice) and Jeffrey Wright (Westworld) also are in the mix for roles.
