Lilly Wachowski Talks About Her Involvement with THE MATRIX Reboot at WB

This year at the Television Press Association panel, /film was able to catch up with Lilly Wachowski after the Work in Progress panel. She was able to shed some light on the rumors that she and her sister Lana are going to be involved with the upcoming Matrix reboot at WB. Here is what was said.

“Well, I’m a little busy at the moment. I like it when stories go out into the world and then come back to you in different ways,” Wachowski said. “I mean, that’s what storytelling is all about. I’m part of a bigger thing. I don’t have any ownership over stuff like that, so whatever story anybody wants to tell, I can’t wait to hear. I hope it’s better than the original.”

The Wachowski’s made what they wanted to make and they are okay with someone else trying their hand at it. I am super interested to see what the reboot will be like and who they will cast. Let us know what you think.
