Lindsay Lohan Joins Rupert Grint And Nick Frost In British Comedy SICK NOTE

Lindsay Lohan is joining the list of Hollywood actors to hop on British television as she signs on for Season 2 of the yet to air comedy Sick Note. In Sick Note, former Harry Potter star Rupert Grint plays a man diagnosed with a terminal illness. Grint's character, a poor insurance salesman, finds out later that he's not actually dying and decides to keep the misdiagnosis from his friends and family. The series premieres on Sky network in the fall, and has already been signed on for a second season in which we'll see Lohan. The series also features Nick Frost and Don Johnson. 

It's odd that a series yet to air is already filming and preparing Season 2, but British television production tends to differ from American protocol, so this could be completely normal by their standards. Keep an eye out for the series this Fall as it sounds like a blast! Hopefully we'll see it on Netflix sooner than later. Thanks to Variety for the heads up.
