Lisa Joy's REMINISCENCE is Getting Rebecca Ferguson and Hugh Jackman to Star
Rebecca Ferguson and Hugh Jackman are currently finalizing deals to star in Lisa Joy’s directorial debut, Reminiscence. Joy also wrote the script for the film and will produce alongside Michael De Luca, Jonathan Nolan, and Aaron Ryder. Here’s a brief idea of what the story will be (via Deadline):
“Jackman will play a private eye who deals in recapturing vivid cherished memories for clients. He becomes vexed by one of those clients (Ferguson). It is set slightly in the future in a Miami that has been changed by global warming, with much of the city submerged underwater.”
Sounds interesting. It sounds a little sci-fi, but modern and not too futuristic which is also interesting. I’m really interested to learn more about Reminiscence.
