Listen To Kevin Conroy Deliver The Iconic Batman Speech From THE DARK KNIGHT
Kevin Conroy, the man who famously voiced Batman in Batman: The Animated Series, was a guest on Nerdist’s Talkin’ Toons. While he was on the show, Conroy and voice actor Rob Paulsen (Animaniacs, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) did an amazing table read of Batman's iconic speech near the end of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight after the Joker's insane rampage in Gotham City.
As you know, Conroy's voice defined the character of Batman. I love it whenever he is asked to voice the character, and it's a complete joy to listen to him deliver this speech! I loved Christian Bale as Batman, but Conroy does it so much better than him!It's that voice! It;'s the voice of Batman!
