Live Your New York City Dream in the Trailer for CW's RIVERDALE Spin-off KATY KEENE
We’ve got a fun new trailer for you to check out for the upcoming Riverdale spin-off from the CW, Katy Keene. The series will follow Katy, played by Lucy Hale, heading out to make her way in New York City as a personal shopper and designer hopeful. She is joined by her friends Josie (Ashleigh Murray), an aspiring singer/songwriter, Broadway hopeful Jorge/Ginger (Jonny Beauchamp), and socialite Pepper (Julia Chan).
The trailer has a real PG-13 Sex and the City feel to it. Like, how do these people afford these apartments? Why do they always look perfect? How is it that all of their dreams are coming true, despite minimal roadblocks that will be resolved within a season, if not episode. It looks like a series that teens will like, and probably anyone who enjoys Riverdale.
