Looks Like Gladiator Will Appear in DAREDEVIL Season 2
In the first season of Daredevil we were introduced to a character named Melvin Potter, who was played by Matt Gerald. This is the guy who made Matt Murdock his classic red Daredevil suit in the series. It looks like this character will be back for Season 2, and he will could be suiting up as Gladiator.
The character was teased in the following tweet from the official Daredevil feed:
I gotta be good. So I make things. I'm good at making things. #Daredevil pic.twitter.com/AWD4JgOYOl

Gladiator was one of the first supervillains to face off against Daredevil in the comics. His alter ego, Melvin, is a costume-designer at the Spotlight Costume Shop in New York City. He eventually reforms and becomes a big supporter of Daredevil. With the way Melvin was portrayed in season one, I assume that he will be on team Daredevil in season two.
Here's a description of the character from Marvel Wiki:
Gladiator has no superhuman abilities. However, he is a superb martial arts fighter and very physically powerful. He wore a thick metal armor with a helmet and metallic gauntlets, and was armed with an arsenal of edged weapons and whirling, jagged circular sawblades made of titanium steel, one mounted on each gauntlet. Small rotors in the gauntlets cause the blades to rotate at high speeds, and the whirling blades could also be detached to serve as short-range missile weapons.
It will be interesting to see how this character will be portrayed in the upcoming season.
