Looks Like SUICIDE SQUAD Might Play at SXSW

Fans looking forward to seeing Suicide Squad may have a chance to check it out a few months before everyone else, because if the tweets and photos from the film's cast are true, it seems like the movie might play at this year's SXSW Film Festival this month before making its official theatrical debut this August. Check out these new images from some of the cast members:

If the film truly does play at the festival, I wouldn't be surprised if Margot Robbie showed up (possibly in costume as Harley Quinn) and gave out tattoos to people in the crowd, just like she did to her fellow cast members when they were filming the movie. I imagine that'd be an unforgettable experience for fans. (Though if that happens, I'd expect people to have to sign some kind of waiver beforehand so they couldn't sue her or Warner Bros. — and again, this is all speculation on my part.) 

Suicide Squad officially hits theaters on August 5, and SXSW takes place in Austin, Texas from March 11-19.
