Lucasfilm Seems To Be Moving Across London to a New Studio Location for Future STAR WARS Projects

News is circulating about a newly acquired studio in London that was registered a couple of weeks ago under the name Barking Lion Productions (UK) Limited. The 200,000 sq ft., twelve studio space is set to open at the end of the year, will go under the name East Brook Studios, and is said to house a center of excellence for the British Film Institute (BFI) and a center for the London Film School.

Jedi News reports that rumors say Marvel and Disney have both been linked to the site since March of this year. They also say there is speculation as to what films will be shooting there. Some ideas are possibly a future Star Wars film, Indiana Jones 5 which is set to start shooting early next year, one of the upcoming Disney+ series, or the book adaptation of Children of Blood and Bone that has been rumored.

Nothing is official yet, but it’s just cool to see the expansion of the studios as the brands expand and the movies keep getting made for us fans. Which upcoming Disney, Marvel, or Star Wars film are you most excited about?
