Luke Cage and Iron Fist Team Up in New Photo From LUKE CAGE Season 2

A new photo from Luke Cage Season 2 has surfaced and it features the title character teaming up with Danny Rand a.k.a. Iron Fist and it looks like they are ready to kick some ass. 

I really enjoy the relationship between these two characters in the comics. As much as I don't like how Iron Fist is being handled in this Marvel Netflix universe, I do like that they are going to explore the relationship of these two characters more. I have no idea how much time the two will be spending together in Season 2, but I hope that whatever time they do spend together is quality time. 

According to showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker teases that Iron Fist will influence Luke's fighting style and that "Danny helps Luke channel his chi." The question is, will we ever see Iron Fist actually put on his superhero costume!?

Luke Cage is set to premiere on Netflix on June 22nd.
