Lynda Carter May Play Some Version of Wonder Woman in DC's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" Crossover
There’s been a lot of cool and interesting casting announcements for The CW’s upcoming Arrowverse "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event. The return of Tom Welling, Brandon Routh, and Erica Durance has fans very excited.
Well, according to Deadline, it looks like there’s a chance we’ll see Lynda Carter back in the role of Wonder Woman! The actress has already appeared in Supergirl as an alien disguised as an American politician, but she still “might return as some version of Wonder Woman, the character that gave Carter an iconic career success in the 1970s.” There are no other details, but it would certainly be cool to see Carter play Wonder Woman again.
The crossover will unite the entire Arrowverse series franchise – Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman. It’s a five-episode epic that will span two quarters, with three episodes airing in December and the two concluding installments debuting in January.
