Unbreakable is my favorite M. Night Shyamalan movie. This is super unique, gritty, and grounded superhero film, and in a way, it set a bar for the superhero films that followed. It did something that no other superhero film had delivered at the time, and it was just such a great story, which grounded superheroes as real-world versions of mythological figures.

Anyway, the movie has been given a 4K remaster and that version of the film will be released on September 21st. There’s also an “Ultimate Collector’s Edition” that includes a limited-edition SteelBook, only available only at Best Buy.

In the film, “after David Dunn (Bruce Willis) emerges from a horrific train crash as the sole survivor — and without a single scratch on him — he meets a mysterious, unsettling stranger (Samuel L. Jackson) who believes comic book heroes walk the earth, and whose sinister, single-minded obsession will impact David’s life forever.”

Here are the features included on the disc. Unfortunately, none of them are new:

    • Elijah Taken Away

    • Audrey in Waiting Room

    • David in Shower

    • Elijah at Fair

    • David with Priest
