Man Faces Inter-Dimensional Terror in Gothic Horror Short - THRESHER
Mike Diva is the creator of this fantastic must watch horror film called "Thresher." The story follows a man who is obsessed with trying to get into a locked room in an old Victorian style house, and through the course of his story we learn that some doors just aren't meant to be opened. According to the brief plot summary, he "faces inter-dimensional terror."
The film was one of the top five finalists in a "House of Horrors" competition that was overseen by director Guillermo del Toro and Legendary Entertainment. This is right in Del Toro's wheelhouse, so I'm not surprised that it made it into the top five best shorts in the competition.
The film has a very H.P. Lovecraft and gothic look and feel to it, and it's an awesome short film that I know horror fans will enjoy. Make sure to check it out when you get a chance!
