When asked how he became so strong, Saitama from One Punch Man reveals that he did 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and ran 10 kilometers every day. That sounds like a lot, but it still doesn’t explain his superhero strength.
Well, a fan in Singapore named Sean Seah decided to try out the workout regimen of Saitama to see if it actually does anything. He worked his way up to the same number of reps as Saitama, hitting the 100 each mark on Day 23 of his new training. By the end of Day 30, the transformation is astonishing.
