Mark Duplass and Sterling K. Brown Set to Star in Sci-Fi Film BIOSPHERE

Emmy-nominated actor Mark Duplass (Togetherness, The Morning Show) and Emmy-winning actor Sterling K. Brown (This is Us, The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story) have signed on to star in a new sci-fi movie, titled Biosphere, that is being directed by Mel Eslyn. Eslyn previously wrote and directed episodes of the series Room 104, and this will be her feature directorial debut.

Biosphere was written by Eslyn and Duplass, but details of the story are being kept under wraps. Mark Duplass and his brother, actor, and producer Jay Duplass, are producing the picture with Eslyn, who was named president of Duplass Brothers Productions in 2017, is the veteran producer behind movies and television series that include “The One I Love,” “Outside In” and “Paddleton.”

I think Brown is a fantastic actor, and I am a sucker for anything that either of the Duplass brothers are involved in. They make great content, and I can’t wait to see what this mysterious project is all about.
