Marvel and Bethesda Developing a BLADE Video Game and Here's a Teaser Trailer

For those of you who are fans of Blade, you’ll be excited to learn that Marvel and Bethesda are developing a game based on the vampire character. This was a big surprise reveal during the The Game Awards, and a teaser trailer has been released, which you can check out below.

In Marvel’s Blade, “Eric Brooks is the legendary Daywalker, half-man, half-vampire torn between the warm society of the living and the rushing power of the undead. From Bethesda and Arkane Lyon, the studio that brought you Dishonored and ‘DEATHLOOP, Marvel’s Blade is a mature, single-player, third-person game set in the heart of Paris, now in development in collaboration with Marvel Games.”

There aren’t many other details to share, but you can check out the trailer below and let us know if you’re excited about this. Blade should make for an awesome game!

The director of the game said: “Thank you so much for watching our announcement!  ‘Let's do a single player immersive sim hybrid with all the shit we love!’  ‘Ok, and let's make it a Blade game, in 3rd person, in our own crazy version of Paris!’ And somehow this fever dream f –king happens?! This is surreal.”

He added: “We're going to stay silent for a while so before they put @mitmitman and I back in the box, let me just say this is an absolute blast to work on, hats off to the team, you are really f –king killing it. I've never been so excited for a project and I'm not crying you're crying!”
