Marvel Officially Announces The THUNDERBOLTS Team Lineup!
During the Marvel Panel at the D23 Expo we got to see the whole team of the upcoming Thunderbolts project come together. The team consists of Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier, Julie Louis-Dreyfus’ Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, Wyatt Russell’s US Agent, Hannah John-Kamen’s Ghost, Olga Kurylenko’s Taskmaster and of course Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova. The surprise addition to the group is David Harbour’s Red Guardian.
The movie will be directed by Jake Schreier, and it will be released on July 26th, 2024. It’s explained that this will be the end cap of Phase 5.
No plot details have been released as of yet, but based on the history of each of these team members, it will make an interesting dynamic for the MCU. Can former enemies and lone agents work together? I am on board to find out. Please let us know what you think.
The project is going into production early next year.
