Marvel Director Jon Watts Confirms Howard The Duck Easter-Egg in SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING

Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man director Jon Watts recently confirmed that there’s a “very small” Easter egg reference to Howard the Duck in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. He was asked about it during a recent Q&A that you can watch below.

When asked if there were any uncovered Easter eggs in Homecoming, the director responded saying, “There is. It’s like almost so obscure that I don’t even know if anyone could ever find it, but there’s a Howard the Duck reference. It’s a very small, small Easter egg hidden in tall grass.”

So, I guess next time you watch Spider-Man: Homecoming keep an eye out in any tall grass! He didn’t reveal exactly where the Easter egg is. So, you’ll just have to look for it. Samuel L. Jackson went on to say that this is an excuse to go back and revisit the movie, “Always reasons to go back.”

It doesn’t look like anyone has found it yet, but when someone does, we’ll let you know!
