Marvel Has Officially Named the Snap From INFINITY WAR

Marvel fans have lovingly referred to the famous moment in Avengers: Infinity War as “The Snap,” or even “The Snappening” in some circles. However, Marvel has now given an official name to the event in the Avengers MCU prelude comic.

So, what’s its new name? “The Decimation”. That’s a much more menacing name, but it also sounds a lot bloodier. What do you think of the official name?

We’ll be able to see the full effects of the Decimation when Avengers: Endgame hits theaters April 26th, 2019.
