Marvel Releases AVENGERS: ENDGAME "We Lost" Featurette
While we wait for Avengers: Endgame to open up in theaters a month from today, Marvel has shared a new featurette for the fans to watch called “We Lost”.
The promo video features members of the cast and crew discussing the events of Avengers: Infinity War and how the characters are doing as they try to move forward. As you might imagine, they aren’t doing well. As Chris Evans says:
“Everyone was doing their best to keep their heads above water, but it’s kind of a losing battle. We lost, and we’re not used to losing. They’ve truly leveled us. Not just literally, but morally and emotionally.”
He goes on to deliver the good news, saying that it’s easier to build people up after they’ve been broken down. It gives fans that “shred of hope that everyone is looking for.”
While the featurette doesn’t offer any new footage from the film, it’s still worth checking out to get some insight on how the characters are handling the loss they suffered in Infinity War. Kevin Feige is also joined by Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) in the video.
Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th!
