Marvel Releases The New Trailer For INHUMANS and It's Loaded With New Footage

I've been an Inhumans fan since reading the comics so I was ecstatic when I heard Marvel planned on adapting it into a movie. Then, they switched it up a bit and now, instead of a movie, we will be getting an Inhumans TV show which also promises IMAX spectacles.

If you've never heard of the Inhumans, you're missing out. The Inhumans is about a royal family not from this world with powers beyond your imagination. With the leader, Black Bolt, who is the King with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper could destroy a city. Which, the trailer doesn't do justice. So, hopefully, things take a better turn in the pilot episode.

The show will be set around the Royal family being attacked and barely escaping to Earth, to a little-known island called Hawaii. There, they must find a way to reunite and return home before it's too late.

As of right now, I'm a little on the fence about this show. From Black Bolt's underwhelming powers to Medusa's wig, which I've seen cosplays more accurate. I'm a tad worried and believe, if they had stuck with their movie plans, they could have made a wonderful film that would have fit perfectly in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

But Lockjaw did steal the trailer for me and let's hope he's in the show for more than a few minutes. Now let's see if the pilot shows how powerful the Inhumans really are and why they are so great in the first place.

They will be showing the first two episodes globally in IMAX for a two week period beginning September 1st, 2017. Then it will continue to air on ABC starting on September 29th.
