Marvel Releasing Free Comic Book Day Comics Next Month

Sadly, Free Comic Book Day was canceled this year because of COVID-19. However, Marvel has decided they still want fans to enjoy the stories they prepped for the holiday. So, on July 15 and July 22, fans will be able to grab Free Comic Book Day 2020: X-Men and Free Comic Book Day 2020: Spider-Man/Venom respectively.

X-Men will feature a new story from Jonathan Hickman and Pepe Larraz that will lead into the “X of Swords” crossover event. Meanwhile, Spider-Man/Venom will feature two stories that will connect to Amazing Spider-Man, Black Cat, and Venom. This comic was created by Donny Cates, Patrick Gleason, Jed MacKay, and Ryan Stegman.

These books will be available through your local comic stores, however, as a reminder, please contact them and double-check their current business policies to stay safe.
