Marvel Rumored To Be Casting INHUMANS Characters For MS. MARVEL; Vin Diesel and Aaron Taylor-Johnson in Consideration

A couple months ago it was rumored that Marvel Studios was looking to reboot The Inhumans and introduce the characters to the MCU. Now we are learning from Geeks World Wide that Marvel is looking to cast some of the Inhumans characters that might appear in the upcoming Disney+ series Ms. Marvel.

According to the report, the two characters they are currently casting are Black Bolt and Maximus. They also say that Vin Diesel is in consideration for the role of Black Bolt, which is a role he was previously looking to play when Marvel Studios was originally developing The Inhumans movie. Black Bolt is the enigmatic, commanding King of The Inhumans, who has a voice that's so powerful the slightest whisper can destroy a city.

The site also says that Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who played Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron, is up for the role of Maximus, the brother of Black Bolt. Maximus is a clever and charming Inhuman that is fiercely devoted to the people of Attilan, especially his brother, the King — though he harbors an intense desire to wear the crown himself.

It makes sense to bring The Inhumans into Ms. Marvel because Ms. Marvel herself is an Inhuman. Four Weddings and a Funeral’s Bisha K. Ali is set to serve as writer and showrunner of the new series.

What do you think about the possibility of including Black Bolt and Maximus in Ms. Marvel? What are your thoughts on the potential casting?
