Marvel Studios' FANTASTIC FOUR Will Reportedly Cast Sue Storm First and Build the Rest of the Team Around Her

Marvel Studios has big plans for its upcoming Fantastic Four movie and Kevin Feige’s recently said that Marvel’s first family is going to be a big pillar of the future of the MCU. He said: “Fantastic Four is the foundation for everything that came after in the comics…. and that's something that is really exciting for us… We plan on that being a big pillar of the MCU going forward, just the way they've been in the comics for 50 or 60 years.”

We have a new update to share with you today that comes from Deadline's Justin Kroll, who reports that casting is set to "begin gearing up" in the coming weeks, and the studio is looking to cast Sue Storm first. They will then build the team around her.

Marvel is looking to start the casting process this month, and it will start shooting in early 2024. As of right now, no one has been cast in the film, but you know that Marvel has a list of actors that they’re going to be meeting with. We just don’t know who is on that list!

In a recent episode of The Hot Mic podcast, Sneider also teased that Sue and Reed Richards will be parents in the movie, which means that Franklin and Valeria Richards could potentially appear in the film, which I think a lot of fans were expecting to see anyway.

Regardless, who would you like to see cast in the role of Sue Storm?
