Marvel Unveils The Members of The 1,000,000 BC Avengers!
Marvel has been very excited about the Legacy Series it is building up towards. With special crossovers of multiple characters including Captain Americas, Hawkeyes, Hulks, and Wolverines, it’s obvious they want to show that they still respect the old while showing something new. And it looks like part of that legacy will be showing the oldest of the old; the first group of Avengers ever.
In their series 1,000,000 BC Avengers, Marvel will follow some characters and symbols who have been around for millennia. We’ll get to see Agamotto, the dude who is always talking to Dr. Strange. We’ll also get to see the first Black Panther, Iron Fist, Phoenix, and Ghost Rider as well as Odin back in his glory days. It looks like a really cool idea. I mean, I’m not sure what they’ll be Avenging if the world has just started, but I figure it’s something big with a group like this.
Marvel recently revealed some art showing off the Avengers of 1,000,000 BC, and they look awesome. The most interesting to me is Starbrand, who is a bit of a mystery. He looks like the Hulk, but the character of the Starbrand is quite different. He’s a guy who can tap into an infinite amount of power. It is a title that passes down, along with the power, but it will be cool to see where it comes from in the first place.
