Marvel Will Reportedly Bring Back Liv Tyler as Betty Ross in Their SHE-HULK Series
A couple of months ago, Marvel Studios announced that they would be developing a She-Hulk series for Disney+. That show is in addition to Loki, WandaVision, Hawkeye, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Ms. Marvel, and Moon Knight.
There hasn’t been a lot of information revealed for She-Hulk, but according to freelance journalist and Marvel movie scooper Daniel Richtman, General Ross could end up in the series along with Liv Tyler possibly reprising her role as Betty Ross. He reports:
"While it's early I also heard they plan to have General Ross in [She-Hulk] and maybe even bring back Liv Tyler as Betty Ross!"
Tyler was introduced as Betty Ross in the MCU back in 2008 in The Incredible Hulk when Edward Norton was playing the role of Bruce Banner. No mention of Betty Ross has been made in the MCU since.
It would actually be pretty awesome if Tyler reprised her role as Betty Ross. It’s not mentioned in the report, but I imagine that if General Ross is in the series, William Hurt will reprise his role as well.
I’m excited about this series, and I’m really curious to see what kind of stories they end up telling with the character.
