Marvelous New Trailer For Pixar's THE GOOD DINOSAUR
Disney has released a second fantastic trailer for Pixar's The Good Dinosaur. This movie looks absolutely stunning. From what I've seen of the film so far, the story, characters, and animation are all Pixar-style perfection. The movie was directed by Peter Sohn, who directed the animated short Partly Cloudy. He also has voiced the characters of Emile from Ratatouille and Scott “Squishy” Squibbles from Monsters University. It seems like his transition into directing feature films was a good move for him.
The Good Dinosaur asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa; “The Night Shift,” “Rizzoli & Isles”) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.
The film’s voice cast also includes Jeffrey Wright (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay), Steve Zahn (Saving Silverman), AJ Buckley (Murder in the First), Anna Paquin (True Blood), Sam Elliott (The Big Lebowski), Frances McDormand (Fargo), Marcus Scribner (black•ish), and Jack Bright (Monsters University).
The Good Dinosaur will be released on November 25th, 2015.
