Marvel's HAWKEYE Series Will Be Written By MAD MEN Scribe Jonathan Igla

Marvel has hired a writer to start working on their Hawkeye series for Disney+. That writer is Mad Men scribe Jonathan Igla and he will also act as executive producer. I loved Mad Men, so I’ll be looking forward to seeing what Igla brings to Hawkeye.

The series was officially announced at Comic-Con this year and Jeremy Renner is set to reprise his role. The series will also feature Kate Bishop and the series will see her being trained to be a badass warrior by Hawkeye. No other information on the series was revealed, except for the fact that it will also explore Ronin more.

The series is set to be released in fall 2021 as part of Marvel’s Phase Four round of releases. All of the Marvel shows that are being produced will tie directly into the MCU movies and they are being produced by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.

I have high hopes for these shows and I can’t wait to see what Marvel delivers!
