Marvel's Kevin Feige is in Talks with ABC About Developing a New Superhero Series

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is in early talks with ABC about developing a new superhero series to the broadcast network. There are no details on what the project will entail, but ABC Entertainment president Karey Burke is sure looking forward to working with Feige on the project. She said:

“We love our partners at Marvel and we’re sad to see [Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D] go, it’s been a big part of our history. We’re looking forward to working with Kevin Feige and we’re at the very beginning of conversations with him now about what a Marvel and ABC show might look like. Right now, Marvel’s focus has been on Disney+, as it should be.”

With all of the Marvel shows coming to Disney+ like The Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Hawkeye, What If? and WandaVision, I’m curious to see what Feige would want to do outside of that for a network station like ABC.

ABC was previously developing a series with a Marvel female superhero, but according to Deadline, the plans for that series has stalled since Kevin Feige took over as Chief Creative Officer over all things Marvel. That series would have centered around a whole new character.

What would you like to see Feige and ABC develop as a new network series?
