Marvel's LOKI Series Will Answer Questions About Loki's Death and The Tesseract

Call me crazy, but I’m actually really excited about the new shows that Marvel is developing for Disney+. I’m especially looking forward to seeing Tom Hiddleston’s Loki series! From the little bit of information that we know about it, it sounds like it’s going to be a hell of a wild ride.

The series will take place all throughout the course of human history and it will follow Loki as he influences historical events. But, the series will also answer some questions that a lot of fans have all been wondering regarding Loki’s death and the Tesseract.

While a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Hiddleston was asked about the series and this is what he had to say:

"In the years since Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, the latter of which came out this spring, the two questions I've been asked are is Loki really dead, and what is Loki doing with that cube. It's always the cube somehow. And this series will answer both of those questions."

I imagine the Tesseract will be used by Loki to travel to the different periods of time, but I’m sure that there will be more to it than that. Colbert tries to get more out of the actor mentioning that there's time travel in the show and makes jokes about killing baby Hitler, but Hiddleston won’t confirm or deny any of it.

When previously talking about the series, Hiddleston said, “He has very specific gifts, his intelligence, treachery, his mischief his magic, and seeing him go up against more formable opponents. The like of which he has never seen or known.”

It’ll be interesting to see what exactly this series ends up being, but I can’t wait to see it when it’s released in the spring of 2021.

Tom Hiddleston is making his Broadway debut in 'Betrayal' and before he goes out on stage, he likes to warm up by playing a little game called Big Booty.
