Marvel's MOON KNIGHT Series Will Reportedly Feature Stained Glass Scarlet as The Villain
A couple months ago, Marvel Studios announced that they were officially developing a Moon Knight series for Disney+. While not much information on the series has been revealed, we do have something to share with you today thanks to MCU Cosmic regarding the villain of the story.
Before we get into that, though, here’s a little rundown of who Moon Knight is in case you don’t know:
Moon Knight, Marc Spector, Steven Grant and Jake Lockley: four different aspects of the same man who was resurrected by Khonshu, the Egyptian Lunar-God of Vengeance and Justice to serve as his "avatar". Those unjust mortals who prey upon the innocents who travel at night, with powers that come from the moon, beware the Vengeance of the Moon Knight!
He’s a great character and I’m excited to see what Marvel has planned for him. According to the report, those plans may include introducing the villain Stained Glass Scarlet. The character made her first appearance in Marvel Comics’ Moon Knight #14.
Stained Glass Scarlet is an ex-nun who became a vigilante after being forced to kill her criminal son. She also has a psychic connection with Marc Spector and can enter his mind in the form of dreams. She’s a great character, but we don’t know how big of a role she’ll play in the story.
Are you familiar with Stained Glass Scarlet? What do you think about her joining the Moon Knight series?
