Marvel's THE DEFENDERS Series to Feature The Chaste

We already have a lot of info going into Marvel's The Defenders series and a lot of possible baddies. We've got the Hand, and we know that there are different divisions of The Hand from the Iron Fist series as well as IGH, which is the company that gave us such greats as Jessica Jones' strength and Will Simpson's pills. Then there's whoever or whatever Sigourney Weaver's villainous character works for. Well, we can now add another group to the long list because it appears that The Defenders will also be featuring more members of Stick's Elite group, The Chaste.

The Chaste are the special group that Stick leads, and they battle the Hand. But just because they have the same enemy doesn't mean they are friends. We've already seen Daredevil butt heads with his old mentor, and the same could happen again in The Defenders. One of the members of the Chaste who we will be seeing is one bad mother- SHUT YOUR MOUTH! I'm just talking about Shaft, and before anyone thinks that Shaft doesn't exist in the Marvel universe, sadly I'm talking about a different Shaft. This Shaft is a ninja and it refers to his bow and arrow. Less cool, I know. Each member of the Chaste is named after a weapon they have mastered. So, while we have Stick and Shaft right now, it's only a matter of time before we might be seeing other characters like Star and Stone.
