Mary Elizabeth Winstead Joins Rosario Dawson In The STAR WARS: AHSOKA Series

Mary Elizabeth Winstead has joined Lucasfilm’s live-action series Star Wars: Ahsoka and she will star alongside Rosario Dawson, who plays Ahsoka Tano, and Natasha Liu Bordizzo, who plays Sabine Wren.

There are no details on who Winstead will be playing in the series, but I think she’s great, and it’s awesome that she’s making the jump into the Star Wars universe! I can’t wait to see who she ends up playing, but I hope she ends up being a villain! I could totally see her as a Star Wars villain. Just imagine her as an Inquisitor.

Star Wars: Ahsoka is written by Dave Filoni who will executive produce alongside Jon Favreau. The series will continue Ahsoka’s story.

After the fall of the Empire, Tano and Wern teamed up to embark on a mission to find their missing friend, Ezra Bridger. It was revealed in The Mandalorian that Ahsoka was on the hunt for Grand Admiral Thrawn because Ezra is either with him or he knows where Ezra is. Thrawn and Ezra will show up in the series and it’s expected that they will be played by Lars Mikkelsen and Mena Massoud.

What do you think about Winstead joining Lucasfilm’s Ahsoka series? Who do you think she could be playing?
