Massive 250,000 Piece STAR WARS Diorama Recreates The Battle of Geonosis

Star Wars fan and LEGO builder David Hall of Solid Brix Studios constructed an epic 250,000-piece diorama of the Star Wars Battle of Geonosis.

The Battle of Geonosis, depicted in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, and it marks the beginning of the Clone Wars. Taking place on the desert planet Geonosis, this conflict ignites when the Galactic Republic, with its newly-formed clone army, intervenes to rescue Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Senator Padmé Amidala from execution by the Separatists.

As the Jedi and clones engage with the Separatist droid army in large-scale warfare, the battle showcases the increasing power of the dark side and foreshadows the eventual rise of the Galactic Empire. The battle also sees the first large-scale deployment of the Republic's clone troopers, setting the stage for the widespread galactic conflict that will span the next three years.

Check out a video of the diorama below and bask in the glory of what Hall has created. It’s amazing what these professional LEGO builders can create!
