Matt Groening's DISENCHANTMENT Gets Renewed for Two More Seasons

Disenchantment was originally given a 20-episode order by Netflix for two 10-episode seasons. The first season is currently available with the second season debuting in 2019.

Now, Netflix has ordered an additional 20 episodes from Matt Groening. This guarantees at least 40 episodes of the irreverent fantasy comedy. Groening said the following in a statement:

“We’re excited to continue this epic journey with Netflix. Stay tuned for more cranked-up suspense, infuriating plot twists, and beloved characters getting knocked off.”

Disenchantment stars Abbi Jacobson as Bean, Nat Faxon as Elfo, and Eric Andre as Luci. They are joined by Jeny Batten, Matt Berry, John DiMaggio, Noel Fielding, Rich Fulcher, David Herman, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille, Lucy Montgomery, and Billy West.
