MAZE RUNNER: THE SCORCH TRIALS - The Flare Virus Explained in Animated Video

As a way to help promote Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials in a fun way, 20th Century Fox has released a 1960s-style animated video that explains what the Flare virus actually is, and how it affects a persons body. It doesn't look like it would be very fun. But that's OK, because WCKD will make everything better.

In this next chapter of the epic “Maze Runner” saga, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) and his fellow Gladers face their greatest challenge yet: searching for clues about the mysterious and powerful organization known as WCKD. Their journey takes them to the Scorch, a desolate landscape filled with unimaginable obstacles. Teaming up with resistance fighters, the Gladers take on WCKD’s vastly superior forces and uncover its shocking plans for them all. 

I liked the first film, and the story has certainly made for a fun and intruiging movie franchise. The Scorch Trials is set to be released on September 18th!
