Meet Marvel's Witches in AGATHA ALL ALONG Featurette "Meet the Witches"
Disney+ has released a new featurette from the upcoming Marvel series Agatha All Along, titled “Meet the Witches.” The video features Kathryn Hahn’s character, Agatha Harkness, as she embarks on a journey to find the witches who will accompany her on the Witches Road.
She is joined by Patti LuPone’s Lilia, Sasheer Zamata’s Jennifer, Debra Jo Rupp’s Sharon, Ali Ahn’s Alice, Aubrey Plaza’s Rio Vidal, and Joe Locke in an undisclosed role. The cast also includes Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, and Okwui Okpokwasili.
In the series, “she sets off on a dangerous, mysterious adventure filled with trials and tribulations.” Agatha Harkness finds herself “down and out of power after a suspicious goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell.”
“Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious Teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down, The Road…”
As Debra Jo Rupp puts it in the video, "they're just really freaking weird people," and together they make up a pretty intriguing coven.
