Meet The Revengers in Great New THOR: RAGNAROK Featurette
Marvel has released a new featurette for Thor: Ragnarok called "Meet the Revengers", and it spotlights the brand new superhero team formed by Thor that consists of Loki, Valkyrie, and Hulk! The featurette includes interviews with Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, and Tessa Thompson as they talk about their characters and the team. The video also teases some exciting footage from the film.
We also learn why Thor wants to call his team The Revengers. When explaining it to Valkyrie, Thor says, “Because I’m getting revenge" he points at Valkyrie and says, "you’re getting revenge," then he turns to Bruce, saying, “And you’re getting...“ at which point Bruce interrupts him and says, "Uh, I’m undecided.”
In Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk!
