MGM Releases 100 Films on YouTube That You Can Watch for Free!

I’ve got some cool news for all you movie lovers out there. MGM has teamed up with YouTube to release 100 ad-supported films that you can watch for free! These films are now currently available to watch, and if you have the YouTube Premium service, you won’t have to sit through the ads.

Some of the films that you can watch include the Rocky film series, the Pink Panther movies, the original Terminator, Legally Blonde, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, With Great Power: The Stan Lee Story, Saved, and a bunch of other films. This is just their way of trying to fill some kind of void that will be left behind when FilmStruck comes to an end.

Rohit Dhawan, director of product management at YouTube, told Ad Age, "We saw this opportunity based on user demand, beyond just offering paid movies. It also presents a nice opportunity for advertisers."

It’s definitely a winning situation for everyone. The list of movies can be found and watched on the Free to Watch section of YouTube’s Movies and Shows channel.
