MGM TV Is Adapting AURORA RISING YA Novel
Aurora Rising is a YA sci-fi thriller by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. MGM Television has recently optioned the bestselling book for a TV series, and I think that’s great. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love more original content instead of adaptations, but this book sounds pretty awesome.

And Ty’s squad isn’t even his biggest problem—that’d be Aurora Jie-Lin O’Malley, the girl he’s just rescued from interdimensional space. Kaufman and Kristoff will be consulting producers and Edward Millstein and Bill Todman Jr. will be executive producers. No director, writer, or stars have been attached to the project, but do you have anyone that you’d love to see?
