Universal Pictures has released the final trailer for Halloween Kills, and as you’ll see, Michael Myers is determined to kill everyone. But, he especially wants to murder Laurie Strode. That’s not going to be easy, though, because Laurie is on a mission to kill him as well, and she wants to take his mask off so that she can see the light fade from his eyes when she does it.

Given the fact that there’s a third part of this series on the way with Halloween Ends, I’m gonna bet that Laurie doesn’t end up killing the masked killer. It certainly looks like an interesting film because it looks like the whole town is rallying together to take down Michael. I’m excited to see how this story plays out.

In the film, “minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie’s basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor.

“But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie’s trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster.

“The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.”

The movie was directed by David Gordon Green, and it also stars also stars Will Patton as Officer Frank Hawkins, Thomas Mann (Kong: Skull Island), Michael Myers actors Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney will also come back to their shared role. The film also includes Kyle Richards returning as Lindsey Wallace, Anthony Michael Hall as Tommy Doyle, and Nancy Stephens who will reprise her role as Nurse Marion. Then, of course, there’s Anthony Michael Hall in the role of Tommy Doyle.

The movie will be released in theaters and on the Peacock streaming service on October 15th.

Jamie Lee Curtis also recently shared a photo from the set and praises the director of the film. You can check that out below:
