Michael Rooker's Yondo Showed Up and Shot a Scene For THOR: RAGNAROK

Thor: Ragnarok is currently available to buy as a digital download. There is a surprising deleted scene that is included in the special features that include Michael Rooker's Yondo from Guardians of the Galaxy!

As you all know by now, Yondu sacrificed himself saving Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. So why what he on the set of Thor: Ragnarok shooting a scene? Well, he was just having a little fun. So no... Yondu is not coming back from the dead.

The deleted scene is not online for you to watch yet, but in the scene, Yondu shows up on Asgard while Hela (Cate Blanchette) and Skurge (Karl Urban) are about to start killing people when they refuse to tell Hela where Heimdall is hiding with the other Asgardians that have escaped.

It's at this intense moment that Yondu steps up and interrupts the execution of an Asgardians citizen and says, "Hold on a minute, Haus." He looks a little disoriented for a second and then goes on to ask if anyone can tell him where Kevin and Lou’s offices are. At that point, someone points him in another direction and Yondu leaves.

In case you don't know who Kevin and Lou are, it's Marvel producers Kevin Feige and Louis D'Esposito. The scene was never meant to be put in the film. In case you're wondering why Rooker got all decked out in his costume and makeup for a joke scene, James Gunn has the answer:

Yondu appears as a ghost in the Halloween version of the Mission: Breakout ride, and that's what he was shooting when this all went down.
