Microsoft Officially Reveals All Digital Xbox One S

Leaks and rumors of Microsoft’s disc-less Xbox One have been abounding lately. Well, Microsoft has officially lifted the curtain, and it’s what everyone expected it is – the Xbox One S without the optical drive. This, of course, allows the console to be cheaper, and so Microsoft has revealed that the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition will retail for $250. In theory, this makes it $50 less than the Xbox One S.

There’s one giant problem though. I don’t remember the last time I saw a normal Xbox One S priced at $300. Most bundles I see (like this Anthem bundle) already cost $250 or less. And they come with a game! Granted XOSADE comes with three games: Minecraft, Forza Horizon 3, and Sea of Thieves, but unless you like those games, there’s no reason to go disc-less.

Regardless, If you love the idea of not having a disc drive for any reason and would like to theoretically save money, you can pre-order the XOSADE on Amazon or at your favorite retailer now and it will officially launch on May 7.
