Miley Cyrus Provides the Voice of a New Character Introduced in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2

Earlier today we shared some news regarding a group of new Marvel characters that would be introduced into the MCU with James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. We've now learned that Miley Cyrus will be providing the voice of one of these characters. The news was confirmed by Gunn and Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and it was posted on Twitter.

If you don't want to know who the character is that Cyrus will be voicing and you want to have the element of surprise when you go see the film, don't read ahead:

Earlier today we shared the news that a few members of the original Guardians of the Galaxy team line-up will be featured on Guardians Vol. 2. Those characters include Sylvester Stallone as Stakar Ogord, Ving Rhames as Charlie-27, Michelle Yeoh as Aleta Ogord, Krugarr, and Mainframe.

It was then revealed later on today that Cyrus provides the voice of Mainframe. I won't tell you why and when Mainframe shows up in the film, but I think fans are gonna love it. In the comics, Mainframe is an evolved technology that’s an alternative version of The Vision. Cyrus is definitely an interesting choice to voice the character, but it works! It'll be interesting to see how these characters will be used in future Marvel films. I'd personally like to see a spinoff.
