Ming-Na Wen Stars in New Live-Action ELDEN RING Trailer - "May Death Never Stop You"
Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for for the nit video game Elden Ring, which is taking the gaming world by storm at the moment. The live-action trailer stars The Book of Boba Fett actress Ming-Na Wen and is set in the “private training room.”
In it, Wen gives an inspiring speech about seeking the Elden Ring, and at the same time she drills home the point that this is not an easy game to get through. She explains that she'll "dance with death a hundred times" if she must. She also wishes fans luck and ends her speech telling gamers “may death never stop you” because you’re going to be dying an awful lot in the game!
Here’s the synopsis for the game:
“The Golden Order has been broken.
Rise, Tarnished, and be guided by grace to brandish the power of the Elden Ring and become an Elden Lord in the Lands Between.
In the Lands Between ruled by Queen Marika the Eternal, the Elden Ring, the source of the Erdtree, has been shattered.
Marika's offspring, demigods all, claimed the shards of the Elden Ring known as the Great Runes, and the mad taint of their newfound strength triggered a war: The Shattering. A war that meant abandonment by the Greater Will.
And now the guidance of grace will be brought to the Tarnished who were spurned by the grace of gold and exiled from the Lands Between. Ye dead who yet live, your grace long lost, follow the path to the Lands Between beyond the foggy sea to stand before the Elden Ring.
And become the Elden Lord.”
I haven’t played the game yet, but I’ll be jumping into it soon as I finally managed to nab a PS5 for myself! Elden Ring is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
