Mischa Barton Reprises Her Crime Solving Role in Trailer for Whodunit Sequel MURDER AT THE EMBASSY
A new trailer has been released for the film Murder at the Embassy, a sequel to the 2023 murder mystery Invitation to a Murder.
In the trailer, Mischa Barton reprises her role as Miranda Green, an investigator who is back to solve another case. She is joined by Mido Hamada, Kojo Attah, Nell Barlow, Raha Rahbari, Antonia Bernath, and Richard Dillane.
The movie is directed by returning filmmaker Stephen Shimek (Dragon Hunter, The Maze) with a screenplay written by Mark Brennan, from a story by Alexandra Davison.
The sequel’s synopsis reads: “When a private detective is called on to investigate a suspicious murder in Cairo's seemingly impenetrable British Embassy, she discovers a second crime has been committed that could spark war across the globe.
“Everyone within the walls of the embassy is a suspect, but the ultimate evil force is lurking right around the corner. Mischa Barton returns as the detective Miranda Green in the follow up to the highly successful mystery film Invitation to Murder.”
