Mondo’s TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Shredder Figure Looks Ready to Destroy the Turtles
Mondo is bringing one of the coolest villains in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles history to its 1/6 scale figure collection with Shredder, and he’s looking appropriately sinister.
Pre-orders for the new Mondo Shredder figure open next week, and the newly launched product page has revealed a fresh batch of photos along with all the details collectors need.
Standing 12 inches tall, Shredder comes loaded with display options, including a masked portrait, a classic masked portrait, an unmasked portrait, multiple interchangeable hands, a removable wired cape, and a removable wired scarf. Mondo has also armed him with a katana and sheath and a spear, giving collectors plenty of ways to pose the Foot Clan leader for battle.
Mondo also threw in some fun extras that should make the Shredder figure pop on a TMNT shelf, including a mini Shredder figure and a Krang hologram.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder 1/6 Scale Figure is priced at $265, with pre-orders opening Tuesday, August 25 at Noon EST (11:00 AM CT).
Orders will remain open through September 4. Between the alternate portraits, wired costume pieces, weapons, and character-specific accessories, this is a pretty awesome Shredder release for TMNT collectors looking to add the Turtles’ longtime enemy to their collection.
