MSI Reveals New All-AMD Gaming Laptops
Last week, MSI revealed three brand-new all-AMD gaming laptops for gamers to enjoy. All of the models feature the MSI exclusive Cooler Boost 5 thermal solution with 2 fans and 6 heat pipes to keep things running cool under pressure. First, we’ll look at the new Alpha 15. This laptop features a new chassis design with a 5mm thin bezel, independent number pad, RGB backlit keyboard, and intuitive hotkeys. Inside, fans will find a Ryzen 7 5800H mobile CPU and a Radeon RX 6600M mobile GPU. This laptop features a Full HD (1920x1080) 15.6” screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 64GB of RAM, and has 2 NVMe M.2 SSD slots for storage. The webcam is 720p at 30 fps. You’ll be able to buy the AMD-powered Alpha 15 from Costco this August.
Next, we’ve got the Bravo 15. Inside this beast, you’ll find the Ryzen 5 5600H CPU, Radeon RX 5500 GPU, 16GB of RAM (supports up to 64GB), and 512GB SSD (1 NVMe M.2 slot). The screen matches the same specs as the Alpha 15, but the overall size is a little smaller which helps lower the wait by roughly 0.5 lbs. The Bravo 15 is now available from Sam’s Club for $899.
Finally, the Delta 15 will be available from Best Buy by the end of July and is even lighter and more powerful. This laptop features a Ryzen 5000 H-series CPU, a Radeon RX 6700M GPU, up to 64GB of RAM, 2 NVMe M.2 slots, and is the smallest one of the bunch. In addition, the screen is Full HD, but with a 240 Hz refresh rate. It just looks so sleek, too!
