Multiclass in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS in a New Way with MASTER OF NONE

In Dungeons & Dragons there’s an option to multiclass, or have your character gain levels in multiple classes. I haven’t found this to be terribly common, but it is out there and some people love it, others hate it, and some of us just don’t have an opinion. Well, Ryan Langr had some problems with the system and therefore decided to team up with some friends and create Master of None: Multiclassing Variants and Roleplay Suggestions. This unofficial supplement is designed to help create more of a narrative and roleplay perspective on multiclassing. DMs can use this to help steer the story with players who are interested in multiclassing to have it not just be, “Oh, I decided that my level 5 Cleric wanted to have Eldritch Blast so now he’s part Warlock.” Now, it can be more of something like, “My diety married an otherworldly patron and they’re cool so I’ll be like a stepson to them and get cool powers like Eldritch Blast.” It’s a very cool supplement if you’re interested in multiclassing.

Master of None is the fastest way to meaningful multiclassing. If you’ve ever wanted to have roleplaying and narrative reasons for multiclassing, we’ve got you covered. We also provide 4 new ways of multiclassing, when the traditional way just doesn’t do it for you.

Master of None is available from DMs Guild for $14.95. The full list of authors includes Langr, Realmwarp Media, Noah Grand, Lydia Van Hoy, Stuart Broz, Drew Dawes, and Joshua Barbeau.
